Third-Party Provider — Gymdesk We use Gymdesk as our third-party class management and payment processing platform. Gymdesk handles class booking, membership management, and payments on our behalf. We are not responsible for Gymdesk’s performance, interruptions, or data handling beyond our control.
Registration and Membership
You must be at least 16 years old to register for adult classes unless otherwise stated. Minors must have a parent or guardian complete registration and provide consent.
All members must provide accurate personal details and notify us of any changes, medical conditions, injuries, or conditions that may affect participation.
Memberships, passes, and class packages are described on our website and Gymdesk. Each purchase is subject to the specific terms for that product (duration, auto-renewal, class credit rules) as shown at purchase.
Payments, Fees, and Billing
Payments are processed via Gymdesk using the payment methods accepted by Gymdesk (e.g., debit/credit cards, direct debit). You authorize Gymdesk to charge your selected payment method for membership fees, class fees, and any other applicable charges.
Memberships may be set to automatically renew; cancellation must be performed in accordance with the membership cancellation policy set out in Gymdesk and in Section 8 below.
We reserve the right to change pricing, fees, or schedules. Changes will not affect fees already paid for the current billing period. Price changes for renewals will be notified in advance where practicable.
Late or failed payments may result in suspension or termination of access. You remain liable for unpaid fees and any reasonable costs of recovery.
Booking, Cancellation, and No-shows
Class bookings, cancellations, and transfers are managed through Gymdesk. Booking rules, cancellation windows, and refund eligibility are shown at the time of booking.
If you fail to cancel within the permitted cancellation window or do not attend a booked class (no-show), a cancellation fee or forfeiture of credit may apply as set out in Gymdesk and our class policies.
We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel bookings at our discretion (for example, for safety, suitability, or capacity reasons).
Membership Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations of memberships must be made in accordance with the cancellation process set out in Gymdesk and any applicable contract terms. Notice periods and termination fees, if any, are detailed at the time of purchase.
Refunds for memberships, class passes, or single-class purchases are subject to our refund policy and any statutory rights. Refunds are not available for change of mind where a reasonable cancellation period has not been observed, except as required by law.
If we cancel a class or close the facility (for example, due to instructor unavailability, emergencies, or government restrictions), we will offer a make-up, credit or refund at our discretion and in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Health, Safety, and Conduct
You participate in classes at your own risk. You must ensure you are medically fit to participate and must consult a medical professional if in doubt.
You must inform us of any injuries, medical conditions, allergies, or medications that could affect your participation prior to classes.
We may require a medical clearance or limit participation where appropriate.
