Grappling incorporates a range of styles including Thai Boxing clinches, Judo throws, Jiu-jitsu submissions and wrestling techniques.
Students are coached as to how best control, dominate and subdue an opponent at the closest range.
A typical session may include:
- Light warm up and joint movement exercises
- Fitness and conditioning exercises (sit-ups, press-ups etc.)
- Technique practice
- Partner work (technique and defence practice)
- Sparring (optional)
- Warm down and stretch
